Refunds & Returns Policy

Because our items are handmade with care, we want you to love your purchase. If there’s an issue, please reach out and we’ll do our best to help.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and  returned in original packaging. Custom or personalised items are non-returnable, unless they arrive  damaged or faulty.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or full refund where appropriate.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
